About
Peninsula Property Watch is owned and personally operated by Doug Conomy.
Doug’s experience caring for properties began early, helping his parents manage their corporate housing business. He went on to spend 25 years in the legal industry, overseeing facilities and multimillion dollar office projects in Chicago, New York, London, and Washington, D.C.
Throughout his career, Doug developed a practical understanding of property maintenance, project coordination, and the importance of addressing issues before they become bigger problems.
Peninsula Property Watch pairs Doug’s experience with his love of real estate and commitment to personal service. Today, he provides second homeowners with a reliable local presence, caring for their properties with the same attention he gives his own.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his partner and their three dogs, and pursuing his goal of completing all seven World Marathon Majors.
